Seen four right hand drive cars over the last three days, including this one, a Land Cruiser, an Evo VI, and some type of 90s Impreza. I’m impressed.
Autotrader here is pretty depressing, though. Still, looking forward to moving this summer!

Western Canada as a whole is quite big on JDM cars. Delicas, Skylines, Aristos, Soarers, Harriers, random Kei vans, you name it.

When I was in Winnipeg last summer, I kept pointing out kei trucks and R34s to my girlfriend. She didn’t quite get it.

The cars are neat, but they all seem to end up at my store looking for filters. Do you know how hard it is to find an oil filter for a Delica? None of the catalogs list them, and for any given year there can be 3 or 4 different filter options. Sometimes I get lucky and can read a number from the filter on the engine, but usually it’s a crazy Google search and a best guess.

I used to work in parts, so I totally understand. Engine swap people were also a total pain, as were the guys looking for boat parts.
